OMG, you’re late!?
If the client is late up to 10 minutes past their scheduled appointment, they will be seen at Vee’s discretion. In the case that the client is unable to be seen, they will be encouraged to reschedule. Vee also has a 10 minute grace period!
Cancellation? No Problem!
Clients may cancel up to 24hrs before the start of their service at no additional charge. The 25% deposit can go towards future appointment if the appointment is rescheduled prior to the 24h cancellation time. Cancellations after the 24hr period will be subject to forfeiting 25% deposit.
So, you no-showed…
If the client no-shows twice, they will no longer be permitted to book online. The client will need to contact Vee directly for future appointments. 25% deposit is non-refundable.
NO REFUNDS will be issued after services rendered!
Clients under 17 need to have parental consent for all waxing services at the time of the appointment.
Parent/Guardian will need to accompany their minor at the time of a appointment.
Regarding Illness
If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, (fever, cough, sore throat, congestion, vomiting, or other signs of contagious conditions), please reschedule your appointment!
Mask may be required at the time of service if you experiencing even mild symptoms.
