Q: How long does my hair have to be to wax?
A: 1/4 inch. Just about the length of a sprinkle or rice grain.
Q: How long does a wax last?
A: On the average waxing lasts up to 3-4 weeks, but everyone’s growth rate may vary!
Q: Do you travel for services?
A: Not at this time but hopefully—traveling for services will resume soon!
Q: So... does it hurt?
A: Everyones pain tolerance differs, it does get easier with consistency and a good skin care regimen.
Q: Is it safe for sensitive skin?
A: Yes! Hard wax is more gentle on the skin it also contains aloe vera leaf and chamomile to sooth the skin of any redness or irritation.
Q: Can I wax while I am pregnant?
A: Congrats! Yes you can, but you may experience more sensitivity.
Q: Can I wax on my period?
A: Yes, but the area may be more sensitive.
Q: Can I wax on medication?
A: Please consult with your physician if you’re unsure. Clients using Retinol, Retinol-A. Tretinoin, Accutane, or similar vitamin A derivatives should avoid facial waxing, as these products can make the skin more sensitive and prone to lifting.
If you’re currently using any of these, threading is a safe and effective alternative for facial hair removal.

Q: Oh no! I bled after waxing!?
A: It’s completely normal to have pinpoint bleeding after waxing, especially for first-time, clients or those with course hair. It happens because the hair is removed from the root, which is connected to a tiny blood supply. It’s minimal, stops quickly, and typically decreases with consistent waxing.
Q: Does waxing cause ingrown hair?
A: Sometimes ingrown hairs happen. If you are prone to ingrown hairs, waxing will help to minimize them to reveal healthy skin.

Cancellation? No Problem!
Clients may cancel up to 24h before the start of their service at no additional charge. The 25% deposit can go towards future appointment if the appointment is rescheduled prior to the 24h cancellation time. Cancellations after the 24hr period will be subject to forfeiting 25% deposit.
OMG! You’re late!?
If the client is late up to 10 minutes past their scheduled appointment, they will be seen at the Vee’s discretion. In the case that the client is unable to be seen, they will be encouraged to reschedule. Vee also has a 10 minute grace period!
So you no-showed…
If the client no shows twice, they will no longer be permitted to book online. The client will need to contact the beauty professional directly for future appointments. 25% Deposit is non-refundable!
Clients under 17 need to have parental consent for all waxing services at the time of the appointment. Parent/Guardian will need to accompany their minor at the time of an appointment.
NO REFUNDS will be issued after services rendered!
